Element team enjoy to empower people through a positive experience of movement, focusing on the ASSESMENT (mckenzie method), TRAINING (strength, pilates, gyrotonic/ expansion, gyrokinesis/Mobility) and EDUCATION.
We have a lot of fun modalities that you can enjoy to achieve your goals (manage pain, injury rehab, return to sport or being a better athlete…)
