I’m a PT passionate about movement and health.

Always looking for ways to help people feel better and move without fear, enjoying what their body is capable to do and achieving their dreams.

As a trainer and pilates instructor, I combine all this tools alongside kettlebells and weights, to progressively build capacity so the body can adapt to daily demands better as well as working towards every clients individual goals, whether that is running a marathon or being able to play with their grandkids.

I’m happy to be a part of this journey and guide people to build their best version yet.
