Since qualifying as Personal Trainer in 2009 I’ve always worked as a self-employed, looking after a variety of clients. Throughout the years, as well as working 1-to-1, I’ve focused on group training where I’ve managed to successfully build a strong community that follow me both online as well as face to face. My mission is to educate you on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle as well as having a balanced and sustainable approach to physical activity in order to be able to reap the joys and benefits for Life. My philosophy is based around using a person centred approach in order to understand your goals, evaluate your current capacity in relation to your goals and to help you bridge the gap between current capacity and long term goals. I believe in the basics done well and my objective is to coach you the fundamental movement patterns in order for you to become self-sufficient in your training over time.
