Dr. Mike utilizes a movement based approach to care, combining myofascial release techniques with strength training in his treatment methods to help build confidence in movement. He believes that a strong body that moves well can contribute to happier days that are spent doing the things we love for as long as life affords us. He enjoys connecting with his clients, and learning about their lives to better understand how to help them get the most out of their treatment experience. He strives to lead by example, demonstrating a healthy, wellness based approach to life.
