Tyler is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS), Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) certified through Owens Recovery Science. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Occidental College, where he also played collegiate soccer for four years and was a member of the dance club for three years. He then attended the University of Southern California (USC) where he received his DPT in 2018. Following USC he completed his residency in orthopedics through USC in 2019, where he also taught physical therapy students and acquired extensive experience working with patients with foot and ankle injuries.
With comprehensive knowledge in the treatment and management of orthopedic and sports injuries, Tyler has worked with various demographics, including youth athletes, elite pros, and your average Joes. He uses a person-centered approach, where the client and the therapist work in collaboration using the client’s goals/preferences, best-available research, and clinical expertise to reach the best possible outcome.
Tyler is an avid athlete who enjoys running, soccer, powerlifting, and dancing. No matter where you are in your movement health journey, Tyler is ready to take you to the next level.
